In-Shop Computer Support & Repair

The Mobile PC Guys offers a full range of commercial computer repair at our state of the art, custom designed computer lab/shop located in Greenfield, Tennessee. Our lab features the latest repair technologies and tools including back-up power systems, diagnostic equipment and software, multiple servers and fixed appliance level firewall. This facility was designed to have up to thirty repairs in progress at any one time, which means your wait time is greatly reduced. Most repairs are in and out of our shop in three business days.
InShop Repair Rates:
Diagnostic Bench Fee: Minimum of 1 Hr inshop service if client opts not to repair.
General Inshop Repair $75.00 Per Hour
Fixed Rate for System Reload $165.00
Fixed Rate for Complete Computer Tune-Up and Virus Removal $135.00
Laptop DC Jack Repair Special $150.00 (does not include parts)

Turn Around Time (excluding parts order):
Normal Turn Around Time is 3 to 4 Business Days
Priority 2 Business Days Turn Around InShop – $50.00 Additional
Urgent 1 Business Day Turn Around Inshop – $75.00 Additional

Remote Support & Repair

We can remove all Virus and Spyware files from your computer, Repair Registry Errors, Repair Broken Links within your PC’s Operating System, Update your computers’ Motherboard, Graphics Processor, Audio Processor and LAN Port Drivers as well as Remove all Junk Files and De-fragment the computer's Hard Disk Drive. The best part is that you don’t have to go anywhere or wait for anyone to come to you. Simply call our office and request a "Remote Session".

Remote Repair Service is $75.00 Per Hour – 1hr Minimum

On-Site Computer Support & Repair

The Mobile PC Guys offers a full range of computer and networking repair via our onsite support team. Our team has the latest repair technology available to work at your location, each team member is able to access our diagnostic equipment and software in the field via remote secure VPN technology. Most onsite repair requests are able to be dispatched same day.

Emergency After Hours $240.00 Per Hour - Minimum 2 Hrs

Outside our Local Service Area
Billing starts once we leave our service area and ends once we have re-entered our service area.
